I was really looking forward to this wedding. My second wedding of the year and everything turned out wonderfully. Hindu weddings are some of my favorite for the color an the culture alone. Here are a few of my favorite from the day:

Latasha contacted me just a couple months ago about their wedding in January. Due to a family emergency they had to move up their wedding from this fall to January. This really didn’t leave a lot of time for planning, but everything came together beautifully. Both the wedding and reception was at her parents house and everyone had a great time.

I had the privilege of covering Akila and Imran’s engagement party last weekend. It was a cozy, personal event held at the family’s house. Everyone had a great time, and as usual, the food was wonderful.

Shani and Moses – Atlanta engagement session

I had the honor of making Shani and Moses my first engagement session of the year last weekend. We woke up early Saturday for a day-break session at Piedmont. The weather was playing tricks on us though so we didn’t get started quite as early as we had hoped. Everything turned out great though.
